Chet has over 30 years of experience organizing, managing and building successful companies involved in the oil and gas industry including Rooster Petroleum, LLC (now Rooster Energy, Ltd) which he founded in late 2005 and most recently Cochon Properties, LLC, which was formed in 2011. He holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Louisiana State University.
President & Chief Financial Officer
Leroy Guidry was named president of Chet Morrison Contractors in 2015 and has continued to serve as the chief financial officer since 1998. More »
Prior to working with Chet Morrison Contractors, Leroy served as treasurer for Pride International (PDE – NYSE). Leroy has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant.
Bo Ristic joined Chet Morrison Contractors in 2014 as HSEQ Director with more than 15 years experience managing complex projects. More
Bo previously served as Executive HSEQ and Business Development Manager for Triton Diving Services. He began his career as a diver and has since gone on to manage special projects for major clients around the world.

Kelly has more than 14 years experience in management, business development and marketing fields. She is responsible for developing marketing and corporate business development activities to support and promote sales. Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Louisiana State University.

Jerome Shaw joined Chet Morrison Contractors in 2008 as HSEQ Director and currently serves as Vice President of Marine Construction. More »
Jerome’s extensive background in the industry includes more than 20 years of experience, specifically in the oilfield marine service lines where he built operational expertise in pipeline and diving operations, as well as marine fabrication and construction.
Vice President, Fabrication, Offshore and Land Construction Divisions
Steve Becnel joined Chet Morrison Contractors in 2013 and is vice president of operations for the fabrication and offshore division, and land construction division. More »
Prior to joining Chet Morrison Contractors, Steve worked more than 30 years with McDermott, Inc., completing his tenure as director of Atlantic fabrication operations. He held numerous senior management positions throughout his McDermott career, and also served nearly three years as president & CEO of Southport, LLC, a subsidiary of Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc.
Vice President, Deepwater Riser Services
John DeBlieux joined Chet Morrison Contractors in 2002 as Commercial Manager and currently serves as Vice President of Deepwater Riser Services. More »
