Chet has over 30 years of experience organizing, managing and building successful companies involved in the oil and gas industry including Rooster Petroleum, LLC (now Rooster Energy, Ltd) which he founded in late 2005 and the most recently, Cochon Properties, LLC. which was formed in 2011. He holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Louisiana State University.

Leroy Guidry has served as the chief financial officer for Chet Morrison Contractors since 1998. More »
Prior to working with Chet Morrison Contractors, Leroy served as treasurer for Pride International (PDE – NYSE). Leroy has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant.

Jerome is equipped with more than 20 years of experience in health, safety & environmental processes and system development. Prior to working with Chet Morrison Contractors, Jerome served as general manager of EHS for Cal Dive International/Helix Energy Solutions.
John DeBlieux has served as the Commercial Manager for Chet Morrison Contractors since 2002. More »
Prior to working with Chet Morrison Contractors, John served as vice president of human resources & risk management for Torch, Inc. and service administrator for Marine One Corp/International Marine Systems. John has a bachelor’s degree in business law with minors in marketing and finance and is an honor’s graduate of Nicholls State University.
Vice President, Marine Construction Division
Brett Blanchard joined Chet Morrison Contractors in 2006 as operations manager of the pipeline and diving divisions and currently serves as vice president of the marine construction division. More »
Brett is a civil engineer with more than 20 years’ operations experience and active involvement in all phases of offshore pipeline, diving and marine construction with companies such as Paloma Energy Consultants, Stolt Offshore and Global Offshore. Brett has a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and is a member of the National Society of Civil Engineers.
Vice President, Well Services Division
Bobby Lott has served as vice president of the well services division for Chet Morrison Contractors since 2010. More »
In his 36 years of experience in the oilfield industry, Bobby has served in multiple leadership, operational and HSE roles. Prior to joining Chet Morrison Contractors, Bobby served for 16 years as vice president of the well services division of Superior Energy Services. Bobby has developed wide-ranging expertise of all aspects of the well services business and has a proven track record as an expert in the plugging and abandonment segment.
Vice President, Fabrication, Offshore and Land Construction Divisions
Steve Becnel joined Chet Morrison Contractors in 2013 and is vice president of operations for the fabrication and offshore division, and land construction division. More »
Prior to joining Chet Morrison Contractors, Steve worked more than 30 years with McDermott, Inc., completing his tenure as director of Atlantic fabrication operations. He held numerous senior management positions throughout his McDermott career, and also served nearly three years as president & CEO of Southport, LLC, a subsidiary of Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc.
